Brendan Spieth is proud to be one of the resident chefs at Space on Ryder Farm. He has cooked at both Egg and Parish Hall in Brooklyn, under the keen tutelage of Maude Sernas, Evan Hanczor, and George Weld. His pickle-back brine received a recommendation in New York Magazine. He is also known to tinker some songs out on a ukulele from time to time
